Coalescing Compressed Air Filters protect your equipment and delicate instruments from the dirt, water, and oil usually found in compressed air. Coalescing Filters remove these contaminants at a very high efficiency up to 99.99% for 0.01 micron particles and droplets. Liquid releases from the filter cartridge to an automatic drain as rapidly as it enters the filter. This allows a Coalescing Filter to continue removing liquids for an unlimited time without loss of efficiency or flow capacity.

High flow rate compressed gas filters offer exceptionally high efficiency coalescing filtration of compressed gas at high flow rates. Specifically designed to remove suspended liquids and dirt from pipeline natural gas. The filters are normally rated at 93-95 % retention of 0.01 micron. These filter assemblies provide high efficiency filtration of gas at very high flow rates. Filter cartridge is self- gasketing, and the filter holder is designed so that a perfect seal is easily made.

Steam jacketed Basket Strainer is for applications in which materials must be kept hot to remain fluid. Examples are chocolate, asphalt, resins and polymers. By circulating steam or a heat transfer fluid through the strainer jacket, the strainer body temperature remains constant. The basic strainer used simplex basket strainer.

The standard cover seal is Viton and can be used in most applications up to a temperature of 400 °F (204 °C). Equipped with either a carbon steel or stainless steel jacket welded to the cast body, the steam jacket will handle steam pressures up to 100 psi (6.9 bar).
